This beautiful, high quality stationary set features 5, large-scale cards features my Ancient Tableau paintings of horses. I grew up with horses and this series of paintings was an absolute labour of love.

Each painting pairs a horse breed with a painted stone relief backdrop of an ancient depiction of horses from classical cultures. The original detailed pieces were painted with oil on canvas with thin layers to build up the surface details of the horses and the backgrounds.

This is a beautiful stationary collection and a perfect horse lover gift. I love using these unique postcards as birthday and special occasion cards. Recipients pin them on the wall or even frame them for a little corner!
